What are IQ & Personality Tests?

IQ tests are used to measure intelligence while personality tests are used to measure personality traits. IQ tests usually consist of a series of questions that must be answered quickly and accurately. Personality tests usually ask the respondent to choose from a number of statements that best describe them. Both types of tests can be used to help people make decisions about their careers, relationships, and other areas of their lives.

IQ tests measure a person’s ability to think abstractly, solve problems, and learn new information. They are often used in schools and workplaces to identify people who are likely to be successful in certain roles. Personality tests measure a person’s attitudes, beliefs, and feelings. They can be used to help employers or therapists understand how someone might react to a particular situation.
